Majorca is a well-known Spanish island! “La Luminosa” or “the inspired”, is what the Spaniards called, the biggest of the Balearic Islands. Majorca, as it is commonly known, radiates such beauty that people cannot resist its charms. This tour focuses on the sun, sand, and sea as we journey along the island’s coastlines. For many, the appeal of this island includes the nature, beauty, and monuments of its checkered 2000-year-old history. This is a self-guided cycling tour although, the bus driver is always on the same stage and available anytime help is needed. You’ll have detailed daily tour information, which includes many different tips and sights for the area.

Trip to Colònia Sant Jordi – You will ride your bike along the saline fields of Llevant with the salt lakes. Typical windmills line the path to Capocorp Vell, the Realm of the Cyclops (remnants of the native inhabitant dwellings).

In the morning, transfer to Sineu. The small city is the geographical center of the island and is well-known for its golden lion proudly overlooking the city from the stairs of the parish church.

You will pedal to Cap Blanc where you will have a wonderful view of the sea. From there, you will continue your trip on beautiful bike paths toward the island center. In Llucmajor, you can take a rest in the Cafe Colon founded in 1928. In Majorca, the town is well-known for its shoe production, and it is also the place where the Majorcan monarchy officially ended. Sporty cyclists might want to cycle up the holy mountain of Randa.

In the morning, you will take the bus to the Inca, the city of leather goods production. We recommend visiting the numerous shops. Today’s bike journey will be full of contrasts. First, the route will lead through the rural hinterland and sleepy villages. Once you have reached the coast, however, the island awakens and the route will lead you partly along the Playa.
