Tour Reservations and Payment
- Booking Agreement: Binding upon written or verbal registration and receipt of a $500 non-refundable and non-changeable deposit within 3 business days.
- Full Payment: Due 90 days before departure or upon booking for reservations within this timeframe; failure to pay results in cancellation and penalties.
- Travel Packet: Sent 30 days before departure.
- Last-Minute Bookings: Handled based on availability; immediate full payment and fees apply.
Tour Cancellation Policies and Fees
- Cancellation Requests: Must be in writing. Fees:
- Reservation: $500 deposit (non-refundable/non-changeable).
- 90 Days: 50% of full payment minus the $500 deposit fee
- 60 Days: 100% of full payment minus the $500 deposit fee.
- Insurance: Highly recommended for interruption and cancellation coverage.
Insurance
- Responsibility: Participants must obtain travel protection, cancellation, baggage, and health insurance.

Participant Responsibilities
- Forms and Payments: Submit signed release form and payments.
- Trip Suitability: Ensure trips match physical abilities and mental health.
- Preparation: Condition and train appropriately.
- Documents: Handle passports, visas, and other necessary documents.
- Expenses: Cover all items not listed for the tour package including but not limited to personal items, meals not listed, transfers, local taxes, and any non-included costs.
Tour Ratings and Difficulty
- Rating I: Moderate physical condition; 20-40 miles/day on mostly flat roads.
- Rating II: Good to excellent condition; 25-50 miles/day with moderate hills.
- Rating III: Superior athletic condition; 40-70 miles/day (or 25-35 miles for mountain biking) on rugged terrain.
Custom Itinerary Pricing: Custom Itineraries are designed based on your dream vacation for up to 4 people traveling together on the same trip. Custom planning will begin when an agreement has been signed and these non-refundable / non-changeable payments have been made in full.
- 7-10 days per itinerary: $300
- 10 – 30 days per itinerary: $500
- 30 days and more per itinerary: $800 – $1,000
Accommodations: Various accommodations are available to meet your budget and travel needs.
- Double Occupancy: All prices are based on double occupancy.
- Single Supplement: Available upon request; additional charges apply.
- Single Room Availability: Limited in some European and Caribbean locations. If unavailable, you may share a double room.
- Mountain Huts: Often dormitory/hostel-style.
